Assessments and AI-Assisted Services

Owner Dependency Assessment

When you complete an assessment, Beflow may store your answers, calculated score, category results, and recommended next steps. We may use this information to provide your results, personalize recommendations, prepare for a diagnostic session, evaluate whether Beflow's services may fit your needs, follow up with you when permitted, and improve the assessment and our services.

How Beflow Uses AI

Some Beflow services use AI-enabled tools to organize information, identify patterns, prepare performance briefs, summarize meetings, draft action items, and structure process documentation. AI supports — but does not replace — human judgment. Beflow and its clients remain responsible for reviewing information and making business decisions.

Third-party AI and cloud providers may process information on Beflow's behalf. Client agreements may establish additional restrictions and safeguards.
