Nothing in these Terms creates attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other legally privileged relationships.
When you submit a form or book an appointment, Beflow may contact you about your inquiry, assessment, booking, purchase, or ongoing service.
Promotional emails, text messages, or WhatsApp communications will be sent where permitted by law and, when required, based on your separate consent. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided in those messages.

Beflow's collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be linked here:
Beflow may use or link to third-party services, including website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, analytics, CRM, cloud storage, communication, and artificial-intelligence platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Beflow does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent data practices.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute Beflow's endorsement of that third party.
The website, complimentary resources, and general content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beflow disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be current, available, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beflow and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business continuity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beflow's total liability arising from the website or a particular service will not exceed the amount paid to Beflow for that service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim—or $100 if no payment was made.
These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Beflow may suspend or terminate access to a website feature, resource, platform, or service if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, create a security risk, misuse Beflow intellectual property, or engage in unlawful conduct.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating a legal proceeding, the parties agree to provide written notice of the dispute and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, proceedings must be brought in a court with jurisdiction serving the Texas county in which Beflow LLC maintains its principal office, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Nothing in these Terms waives any legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Beflow may update these Terms as its website, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. When appropriate or legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Changes will apply prospectively unless you expressly agree otherwise or applicable law permits another treatment.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Beflow's failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Beflow's written consent. Beflow may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, or sale of its business or assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable signed agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant website or service.
